Devi asks: My dear lord shiva . You say everything with name and form is maya. So tell me my lord can I tell the milkman tomorrow ... That everything is maya dont worry you will somehow get paid ?

Shiva answers: Devi my dearest one, The tatva was passed by ajapa gyan. The written word was in sanskrit. There is a loss in translation. In English the word for maya is based on the culture and ethos of the british. Maya in english stands for magical tricks like the illusions by houdini. But Maya in sanskrit is not the same. It is deeper than the magical tricks played by humans. It refers to the mysteries of nature or prakriti. A rope hanging from the roof looks like a snake in the dark. The rope exist

s but the maya is played by our sense organs and conditioning. Maya is not magic but the different intrepretations of the truth. Someone who is brainwashed in a madrasa has a different interpretation of life than the rest of us. So my devi it is important to understand Maya in Tantra. It is the nature of prakriti . Always changing and transforming. Once we understand this we can see the impact of time. At one point Alexander was worshipped as a god, as sikander or skanda the general of the gods. We are slaves of the senses. This is the maya or the illusion. The milkman exists but your imagination of wanting to pay the bill tommorow is maya. IT may rain tommorow and the milkman may not show up. Do not imagine the future. Be here right now with me. we are one.

Jai guru mahadeva. Jai shiva shakti. We have to learn how to go beyond the sense . To rise in pure thought. unlearn to learn . Be one with the one . It is the knowledge of our ancestors. Ancient shaiva and shakta culture. Ancient hindu tantra. Discover thy self. Radha krishna, shiva shakti. The one and the same energy. The only difference is conditioning of mind. Be one with the one. Boom shankara !
